When you enroll, you are making a real commitment to pursue your education honestly and consistently. Cheating, plagiarism, and misusing AI tools are serious violations with serious consequences. Your login and platform access are for your educational use only. Falling behind on payments may affect your course access. Transcripts are not released until all balances are cleared. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes like college admission or job placement. Florida law governs this agreement. If you have questions about anything below, contact us before enrolling.
Enrollment Agreement

- Meet all financial obligations established at enrollment
Academic Integrity
Violations include cheating, plagiarism, misrepresentation of identity, and using AI tools to bypass genuine learning. Consequences range from a formal warning to permanent dismissal from the program.
Platform Use
Sharing login credentials or misusing institutional technology is prohibited. Violations may result in suspension of access or dismissal from the program.
Tuition and Payment
- Payment obligations are governed by the signed enrollment agreement
- Falling behind on payments may result in loss of course access
- Official transcripts are withheld from accounts with outstanding balances
Limitation of Liability
We provide educational services in good faith. We do not guarantee college admission, job placement, or certification examination results. Academic outcomes depend on individual student effort and performance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Florida state courts.
