Five Steps to
Your First Day.

Enrollment Process
Everything happens in five steps. Nothing is hidden.
"You receive a complete credit report and graduation plan before you pay anything."
Step 1: Talk to an Enrollment Advisor
One direct conversation to identify the right program. Reach us by phone, email, or online inquiry form any business day. No forms before the conversation.
Step 2a: Submit Your Documents (Standard)
Official transcripts from previously attended accredited institutions, sent directly from those institutions. Government-issued identification confirming age and identity.
Step 2b: Submit Your Documents (Special Circumstances)
Homeschool families: portfolio documentation and Homeschool Verification Form. Adults without transcripts: Transcript Exemption Request. International students: contact the Registrar before submitting anything.
Step 3: Get Your Credit Evaluation
Our Registrar reviews all documentation within 5 to 10 business days. You receive a complete credit report and graduation plan before you pay anything.
Step 4: Complete Enrollment
Confirm your diploma track and complete payment. Flexible plans are available. Transfer credits lower your remaining course count and total cost.
Step 5: Start Immediately
From day one, you have full access to our course platform, AI-powered learning tools, and your Success Coach. No waiting for a semester to start.
